- For buyers I am able to send them new listings that meet their needs the day that they come onto the market. I can also notify them when a property they have viewed has a price reduction. This means that buyers do not have to do the legwork. No more calling around to agent after agent, driving around to look for open house signs, or pouring over the daily newspaper.
- For sellers I offer "extras" such as an automated feedback program that allows them to see what showing agents and their clients have to say about their home. I also offer Showing Beacon to sellers. This is a new device that actually notifies them when the showing agent has left their home, eliminating the need for the long window of time for showing appointments. If the sellers are moving out of the area, I can also refer them to an agent in the area they are moving to. This can help streamline the relocation process.
